Congresswoman Hillary Scholten, representing Michigan's 3rd district, recently shared a series of tweets addressing various topics ranging from food assistance programs to travel advice. Elected in 2023, Scholten has been actively engaging with her constituents through social media and newsletters.

On November 25, Congresswoman Scholten emphasized the importance of funding food assistance programs such as SNAP and WIC. As a mother and representative of Michigan's 3rd district, she stated: "SNAP and WIC put food on the table, and as the first mom to represent MI-03 in Congress, I’m laser-focused on fully funding these programs so families can thrive. Let’s recommit ourselves to ensuring our neighbors have nutritious food to feed their families this holiday season."

The following day, November 26, Scholten highlighted her weekly E-Newsletter as an effective way for constituents to stay informed about her legislative work and upcoming initiatives. On November 27, Scholten addressed travelers during a busy travel period. If you have issues with your baggage or flight, know your rights from @USDOT — you could qualify for compensation."
