Congresswoman Hillary Scholten, representing Michigan’s 3rd district, shared a series of tweets covering diverse topics on November 18 and 19, 2024. These posts addressed local weather conditions, community support services during the holiday season, and her political activities in Congress.

On November 18, Scholten alerted residents of West Michigan about impending weather changes. She stated, "Zip up your jackets and dust off your shovels, West Michigan, the first snowfall is on the way! ❄️"

The following day, on November 19, she acknowledged the challenges that come with the holiday season and highlighted community support initiatives. She wrote about Feeding America's efforts to provide food assistance: "The holiday season can be hard and thankfully @FeedingAmerica is here to help with free, fresh food pickups." Scholten encouraged constituents to visit Feeding America's website for mobile pantry locations.

Later that day, Scholten expressed her support for Congressman Hakeem Jeffries by nominating him as Democratic Leader for the upcoming Congress session. She praised his leadership qualities in a tweet saying, "It was my absolute honor to nominate the great @RepJeffries as Democratic Leader for the 119th Congress."
