The next Strategic Priority we'd like to discuss in our series is Economic Prosperity and Affordability!
It's our priority that residents, employees, and businesses have pathways to financial growth and security.
Here are the accomplishments we made in 2022 emphasizing this priority:
• Support for single-family and two-family housing
• New affordable housing
• 100 Section 8 vouchers
• Created 85 Rental Units
• Created 3 affordable ownership units
• 1,000 Records Expunged
• Provided legal services
• Fair Housing Support
• Provided home repairs
• Homelessness Prevention by providing 43 households with tenant-based rentals
• 159 households with rapid rehousing services
• Helped 203 households avoid eviction
