Our GRPS young scholars at Palmer Elementary will be a little warmer this season thanks to the Teresa Weatherall Neal Principal's Discretionary Fund!
Through this fund, the staff was able to purchase gloves and mittens for the students who needed them. The cold winter weather came in with a vengeance this year and many of the children were not prepared for outdoor recess. With new hats and mittens, the students are staying warm and enjoying their time outside!
