Kent County Animal Control

We are aware of social media posts circulating regarding a large snake sighting near Johnson Park and Millennium Park. Our parks and animal control officials have been notified. As of today, our staff has not seen nor received any reports of a large snake within any Kent County Park. 

If you spot a snake that does not appear to be native to its environment, please contact Animal Control at (616) 632-7310.
