City of East Grand Rapids issued the following announcement on Jan. 27.
This Thursday, Jan. 30, DTE will conduct utility work that requires the closure of Wealthy Street between Plymouth Road and Lovett Avenue.
Access for residents in the impacted area of Wealthy Street will be maintained. Through traffic will be rerouted as noted below via the detour map.
