City of Grand Rapids issued the following announcement on April 23.
City Manager Mark Washington and Mayor Rosalynn Bliss will hold a digital town hall next week on the state of the City’s budget and services in response to COVID-19.
The town hall will take place 7 to 8 p.m. Thursday, April 30 on the City’s Facebook. Community members may submit questions during the event three ways:

Washington will present the proposed fiscal year 2021 budget to the City Commission on Tuesday, April 28 during its Committee of the Whole meeting. The online meeting is available HERE. The event number is 713 134 086 and the password is grandrapids. The meeting also is available by phone toll free at 408.418.9388. The access code is 713 134 086.
The budget presentation also will be shown live in English on Comcast Channel 26, Facebook and YouTube and in Spanish HERE.
