Ferris State University sophomore Caleb Bond has been named the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) Men's Golfer of the Week. Bond's performance was pivotal in leading the Bulldogs to a second-place finish at the Kentucky Wesleyan Fall Invitational held on October 28-29 in Owensboro.

Competing at The Pearl Club, Bond achieved medalist honors with a final score of 140, recording consecutive rounds of two-under-par 70 on a par-72 course spanning 6,816 yards. He finished one stroke ahead of Missouri S&T's Isaac To, concluding four-under for the tournament. His efforts contributed significantly to Ferris State University's second-place position among 16 teams.

The Bulldogs wrapped up their fall schedule with consistent performances, securing six top-three finishes across six tournaments. This includes one team championship and three runner-up results. Ferris State will continue its competitive season in March as they resume their 2023-24 schedule.
