Leaf Vacuum is Working Again

The Leaf Vacuum has been repaired and crews were able to finish the first loop through the City over the weekend. They will begin a second round today. Crews will start on the northeast side of the City (Shaw Estates) and make their way around ending the northwest side of the City (Heritage Park). This is a very slow process and can take a week or more to make it through the entire City.

If you don't want to wait for the Leaf Vacuum, you can bag your leaves and they will be picked up on your normal yard waste collection day. We have removed the 6 bag limit and you may place as many bags as necessary curbside for the rest of the season.

The Leaf Vacuum is currently out of order. We are hopeful it will be able to be repaired soon. In the meantime, if you want to bag your leaves they will be picked up on your regularly scheduled yard waste pick up day. The 6 bag limit has been removed and you may put as many bags out as necessary. We apologize for the inconvenience. As soon as we have a better idea on when the Leaf Vacuum will be repaired we will post an update.
