City of East Grand Rapid sissued the following announcement on Dec. 18.
As a reminder, neighborhoods participating in this year's luminary display can contact Public Works at 616.940.4870 to request barrels of sand by noon on Tuesday, Dec. 22 to arrange for delivery.
Luminary bags and candles are organized by representatives of each block or blocks that coordinate and participate together.
