Grand Rapids Chamber issued the following announcement on Sept. 4.
Following press conference at Studio Park, Governor Whitmer announced that gyms, pools and organized sports will be able to resume limited operations on September 9th. At this time, the order does not include theaters, event venues, amusement parks and other businesses.
We hope to see movement on this soon, and the Chamber remains dedicated to supporting businesses as they prepare to safely reopen.
