The Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) announced the final standings for the 2021-22 GLIAC Presidents' Trophy on June 1, with Davenport University securing fourth place with a total of 95 points. This marks the highest finish for the Panthers since they joined the conference, showing an improvement in their standings each year.

The GLIAC Presidents' Trophy, also known as the All-Sports Trophy, is awarded annually to a conference member that has shown general excellence across most sports. The award aims to encourage well-rounded athletic programs within each member institution. Standings are determined based on final regular season results, except for certain sports such as cross country, golf, indoor track & field, outdoor track & field, and swimming & diving, which rely on conference tournament outcomes.

Teams with the highest point totals included Men's Golf with 10 points, Men's Soccer with 7.5 points, and Baseball with 7 points. Davenport earned over half of their total points during a successful spring season, accumulating 48.5 points. Notable performances included second-place finishes by women's lacrosse and men's outdoor track and field teams.
