Registration is now open for the 42nd annual Ferris State University football golf outing, scheduled for June 22 at Clear Lake Golf Club near Big Rapids. The event, a four-person shotgun scramble, is organized by the FSU Gridiron Club and the Bulldog Athletic Association (BAA). It serves as a key fundraising event for the Ferris State football program.

The outing will begin with registration and lunch at 10:30 a.m., followed by a rules meeting and a shotgun start at noon. After the game, participants can enjoy a cocktail hour and dinner at the clubhouse around 6 p.m. The evening will conclude with door prizes, an auction, raffle, awards, and a social gathering at Buffalo Wild Wings in Big Rapids.

Participation costs $150 per player, covering greens fees, a power cart, lunch, and dinner. Various sponsorship packages are also available. Proceeds from the event support the ongoing success of the Ferris State football program.

To secure participation in this limited-capacity event of only 50 teams, interested individuals should register online promptly. For inquiries about the golf outing, contact Bill Scheible at 231-349-6440 or Cedric Frierson at (231) 679-9852 or via email at CedricFrierson@ferris.edu. Further details and registration can be found on FerrisStateBulldogs.com.
