The Ferris State University women's golf team secured a third-place finish at the NC4K College Classic held at Pinnacle Golf Club in Ohio. The Bulldogs concluded the tournament with a team score of 306 in the final round, bringing their total to 615, or +39, over 36 holes. This performance placed them third among 14 competing teams. Indianapolis claimed first place with a score of +6, while Ashland finished second at +27.
Kamryn Shannon led Ferris State by finishing seventh on the individual leaderboard with a two-round total of 150. She improved her performance from an initial round of 79 to conclude with a strong second round of 71. Lizzie Anderson followed closely in eighth place, posting scores of 73 and 78 for a total of 151.
Dani Staskowski tied for ninth overall, scoring a combined total of 152 after rounds of 75 and 77. Taylor Musselman ended the competition in shared 38th place with a cumulative score of 165, having shot rounds of 85 and then improving to an 80.
Hallie Crozier achieved a share of the 43rd position with scores of 82 and 84, totaling at 166 over two rounds. Abby Grevel completed her rounds with scores of 88 and an improved second round score of 81, tying for the position at number forty-seven with an aggregate score of 169.
Looking ahead, the Bulldogs are set to participate in the GLIAC Women's Golf Championships scheduled for April 19-21 in Augusta, Michigan.
