Ferris State University's women's basketball team is set to make its first appearance in the NCAA Division II national semifinals. The Bulldogs will face Texas Woman's University on Wednesday, March 27, at the St. Joseph Civic Arena in Missouri, with the game starting at 7 p.m. Eastern Time.

The match will be broadcast live by local radio station Sunny 97.3 FM in partnership with the Bulldog Sports Network. Rob Bentley and Sandy Gholston will handle the play-by-play commentary, beginning their pregame coverage at 6:30 p.m. ET.

In addition to the radio broadcast, fans can listen to a live audio stream on FerrisStateBulldogs.com through the Bulldog Sports Network. CBS Sports Network will televise the game nationwide, while live internet statistics will be available from the NCAA. Social media updates will be provided via Ferris State University's Twitter and Facebook accounts.

This marks Ferris State's seventh appearance in the NCAA Women's Basketball Tournament and their third in four years. The Bulldogs previously advanced to the tournament in 2019-20 before it was canceled due to COVID-19 and lost a first-round game two years ago at Ashland before winning their first regional championship this year.

A watch party for all of Ferris State's Elite Eight games is planned at Buffalo Wild Wings in Big Rapids this week.

The victor of Wednesday's semifinal clash will move on to compete for the 2024 NCAA D2 National Championship title on Friday, March 29, also in St. Joseph.
