Ferris State University has announced the signing of five new recruits for its women's soccer program. These athletes will join the Bulldogs as freshmen in the fall of 2024. The new recruits include midfielder Morgan Elledge from Jackson Northwest, forward Ava Fuller from Fraser, midfielder Natalia Leavens from Northville, defender Ava Roy from Lake Fenton, and defender Anna Thelen from Forest Hills Central.

"All 5 of these players have the ability to make an immediate and positive impact in our program," said Ferris State head coach Greg Henson. "I'm excited to get each of them on-campus and see them hit the ground running next fall. The future is bright for Bulldog Soccer."

Ferris State concluded the 2023 season by reaching the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) Tournament Semifinals for the sixth consecutive year. They also made their 15th straight league tournament appearance and 17th overall in program history this season.

The Bulldogs are set to return a strong core group next season, including most of their starting lineup. Under Henson's leadership, Ferris State has achieved significant milestones such as winning their first GLIAC regular-season title and first league tournament championship, making two NCAA Tournament appearances, and advancing to the national semifinals for the first time in school history.
