Forge Industrial Staffing will participate in River Bank Run

Forge Industrial Staffing has announced that they will participate in the annual River Bank Run in downtown Grand Rapids.

“As a company deeply rooted in community engagement, we are excited to join this event, showcasing our commitment to fostering strong community bonds,” Forge wrote in a Facebook post announcing their participation. “Our employees will be actively participating in the 5k segment of the race, demonstrating not only our dedication to supporting local events but also our commitment to personal wellness.”

“We believe that by participating in events like the River Bank Run, we not only strengthen our connections with the community but also promote a culture of health and fitness among our team members,” Forge said

The River Bank Run is an annual race held on the second Saturday in May. This year, held on May 11, will be the 47th race. Events include a 25K road race, a 25K Wheelchair race and a 25K Handcycle division. There is also a 10K run, 5K run, Team Competition, 5K Community Walk, and a race for the juniors to participate in. 

Founded in 1995, Grand Rapids, Mi.-based Forge Staffing provides talent recruitment services to large industrial businesses. The company recruits employees in industrial assembly for work including packaging, machine operation, welding and forklift driving.

Forge has offices in Michigan and Indiana, including Grand Rapids, Muskegon, Holland, Warren, Fort Wayne, South Bend, and Indianapolis. The company founders are Richard DeTamble and John Janisch.
