Lorna Miller, the Executive Director of Corporate Services for Forge Industrial Staffing, has spoken about her beneficial experience as an employee at the company. She highlighted her consistent growth and the opportunities she has received since joining in 1996. She has secured six promotions including overseeing a company-wide software transition that enhanced operational efficiency and service standards. Miller expressed high regard for the Leadership Development Program which she says "has helped to equip our team members with the skills to become effective leaders within Forge and in future endeavors."
