18th Annual Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Social Justice Legacy Contest Winner Announced | Free CCO Credit

Three Grand Rapids Public Schools scholars were announced as winners of the 18th Annual Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Social Justice Legacy Contest. 

Ca'Niyah Sutton, Westwood Middle School, is the first-place winner for her "Do What's Right" painting inspired by Rosa Parks and Dr. King.

Remington Davis, Center for Economicology, won second place for his essay "The Injustices."

Jeckia Brooks, Riverside Middle School, was awarded third place for her essay entitled "My Reason Why."
