City of East Grand Rapids issued the following announcement on July 12.
Due to a printing issue, incorrect return envelopes were included with mailed July water bills. Please send us your payment using a regular envelope or drop it off at City Hall: City of East Grand Rapids, 750 Lakeside Drive SE, East Grand Rapids, MI 49506.
If you inadvertently sent your July water bill to Lansing, please know we are working with its team to ensure all EGR bills are brought back to us on time. The Public Service Department is holding all payments and our vendor is delivering them to City Hall on a daily basis.
Please remember that, by ordinance, bills are due by July 30, 2021. Contact the City at 616.949.2110 with any questions.
