Grand Rapids Public Schools issued the following announcement on Jan. 7.
The 9th Annual Grand Rapids Public Schools Softball Clinic will be held on Saturdays, January 18 & 25, 2020, from 8:45am-2:15pm. The clinic will be led by the Davenport University and Calvin University Softball teams! Theclinic is free and will be held at Grand Rapids City Middle/High School. Registration is required. For more information or to register, please contact Ottawa Hills Softball Coach Mary Dekker at 616-284-0786 or mjd62@calvin.edu. When registering, please leave the athlete’s name, grade, school, and indicate her primary and secondary positions if known or if she has limited experience along with her parent/guardian’s email and phone number.
