On Friday, March 6, the Hope Flying Dutchmen, featuring former Grand Rapids Christian High School standout Carter Goodyke, were defeated 75-61 by the UW La Crosse Eagles in the NCAA Division III Basketball Tournament.
The contest, held at Mitchell Hall Fieldhouse at 6:50 p.m., marked Hope’s first meeting with the UW La Crosse Eagles in tournament play.
