The Ferris State University softball team announced on Apr. 16 that its upcoming Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) road games have been rescheduled because of recent wet weather and field conditions.

The adjustment affects games originally planned for Saturday against Wayne State and Sunday against Saginaw Valley State. The Bulldogs will now play Wayne State in Detroit on Monday, April 20, with the first game starting at 2:30 p.m. Eastern Time and the second game scheduled for approximately 4:30 p.m. On Tuesday, April 21, Ferris State will travel to Saginaw Valley State for a doubleheader beginning at 3 p.m., with the second game following around 5 p.m.

Ferris State is currently ranked second in the GLIAC standings behind Saginaw Valley State. The team holds a record of 23 wins and 16 losses overall, including a conference record of nine wins and five losses.
