Ferris State Bulldogs to open season against Pittsburg State

Big Rapids, Mich. – The Ferris State University Bulldogs will commence the 2024 season this Saturday night at Pittsburg State in Kansas, engaging in a Division II week zero national showdown. The game is scheduled to begin at 8:05 p.m. ET at Carnie Smith Stadium.

The event will be available for live streaming on a pay-per-view basis through the MIAA Network via a video webcast. Additionally, fans can join a live watch party at Buffalo Wild Wings in Big Rapids.

Local coverage of the game will be provided by the Bulldog Sports Network and Sunny 97.3 FM, featuring veteran broadcasters Rob Bentley (play-by-play) and Sandy Gholston (color). Radio pregame coverage starts at 7 p.m. ET. Free live audio streaming will also be available online at FerrisStateBulldogs.com.

Moreover, Saturday’s game and all subsequent Bulldog games this year will be simulcast in the Flint area by Metro Flint News/Talk Radio.
