Kent ISD was well represented at the National Career Development Association Conferenc

Kent ISD was well represented at the National Career Development Association Conference with (pictured left to right) Dollineller Michelle Large, Maddie Liggett, Krista Harmon, and Eric Kelliher! 

They, along with 800+ educators from all over the world, joined the conference to learn and present innovative career development strategies. Dollineller and Krista presented on the ABC's of Elementary Career Readiness and Eric presented on Using Employability Skills as an Instrument of Measuring Career Readiness Growth. Dollineller also presented on Providing Equity and Access to Students of Color for Career Readiness. They were joined by Madeline Liggett from Cedar Springs Public Schools who presented Career Development Practices for Elementary Educators.
